Fiona Brook is the senior attorney at the firm.  For more than 20 years, she has exclusively practiced business immigration law.  She has represented Fortune 500 companies, startups, and individual clients. She has successfully represented pharmaceutical and biotech companies, advertising agencies, IT firms, startup ventures, hotels, film production companies, and public accounting firms.  Additionally, she has represented highly accomplished individuals across the globe as they venture to their next opportunity.

Fiona was admitted to the California Bar in 1994 and is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court, Central District of California, and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  She has argued successfully before the U.S. Court of Appeals and at the state level.  Fiona received her law degree from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she was a contributor to the University’s law review journal.  She completed additional legal studies at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, and is a longstanding member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
